Power Lift, has resolved a lot of problems in the placement and the output efficiency of the RIB engines. However, the first adaptation started in 1990 for OLYMPIC 595 by Stefanos Stefanidis.

The placement of internal-external engine in the centre of the boat in OLYMPIC 595 DC and the transmission of movement in the engine's leg with shaft, all started from Stefanos Stefanidis in 1991. This is considered a particularly pioneering effort in the development of the sailing behaviour of RIBs.

In 1993, in collaboration with OLYMPIC HELLAS, Stefanos Stefanidis draws, it manufactures and starts the production of the first Greek RIB with cabin in the bow, OLYMPIC 696, which is also the first of its type worldwide.
